FAQs:
How do I cancel my membership?
Membership cancellation requests (text or email is fine), by Saturday at 8am for your card to not be charged the following day (Sunday). Once you cancel you may not renew a new membership for 30 days.
When will my credit card be charged?
For the weekly membership, the card will be charged every Sunday. For the monthly memberships, the card is charged the first Sunday of the month and we will prorate when you first sign up.
Can I pause my membership?
If you don’t want to cancel your membership, but know you will not be coming in, you can pause your membership up to 3 times a year for 1 month at a time (just let us know in writing by 8am of the Saturday before your card is set to be charged).
What if I have more than one dog?
Each dog would need to have a separate membership
Does my dog need to come in the same day each week?
If you are signed up for a weekly plan you do not need to come in the same day each week, however, routine is beneficial to dogs so we recommend bringing your dog the same day each week if you are able to.
What if I have a 1 day membership, but need to add on additional days for a random week?
You will be charged for a one day membership on Sunday ($40), and every other visit that you come in that week will be charged at the $40 rate instead of the base rate ($42) so you still receive the same discount price.
What if I have a full day membership, but I also do half days?
You will be charged your regular membership price, but if you need to add on half days we will charge you for the equivalent half day rate based on your current membership.
